Hi, I'm Amy, and I know exactly what it's like to be the teacher I never wanted to be: tired, grouchy, and snapping.

 

Seeking a way to support those in education while exploring alternative career paths, I dived into studying Nutrition.

This led me to found The Nutrient Project. Our core mission is clear: to equip teachers, pupils, and professionals with the knowledge of healthy and sustainable eating habits. I use my guides and resources as the main vehicle to educate and empower you, focusing on how your body works and what you can do to make it perform effectively.

While I can't fix toxic work environments, I can teach you about why your body reacts the way it does under pressure. My specialised content is focused on providing actionable advice on how to manage demanding careers while keeping up with sustainable healthy eating, helping school staff use nutrition to actively avoid burnout. I believe that with this knowledge, we gain the power to manage our careers and stress much more effectively.
